The user interface for On Demand viewing @Ask_Spectrum is awful. 14 clicks to get to the show you’re looking for, It doesn’t resume the show you were watching an hour ago and Friday episodes of nightly @MSNBC shows are still not available. It used to be so much easier.

@gnarleykarlie @GetSpectrum Also by doing that whenever I have a problem now if they can't fix it on their end they can't charge me for them sending a tech out because they never find anything wrong on our end. There was only one time they found a problem and it's because wow put a splitter on our cable.
