  We received a call from @GetSpectrum that our internet had a problem. Hubby does speed test and shows 200mbps, no problem. The tech guy says that they didn’t have our modem #, so hubby gives it to tech dude. Then BAM our internet instantly throttled to 70mbps. WTF spectrum!

  @ask_spectrum maybe when i pay my bill i will leave off the value of @nflnetwork since its not working tonight. last night it took 3 tries before I got a transmission (ref code S0600). i'm on 4th attempt tonight
